Biography
Dr. Jiaji Huang joined the faculty of Northeastern University in Silicon Valley in 2023. Through teaching and mentoring, Dr. Huang hopes to bring his rich industrial R&D experience to the next generation of scientists, and connect with other fellow leaders in the field.
He has been working in the AI and machine learning industry since 2016, where he has researched many fields related to deep learning, including NLP, speech recognition, and more recently, large language models (LLM). He now tech leads multiple projects in Amazon’s Annapurna lab that speed up LLM inference on the home-grown trainium accelerator.
