David Bakhtnia is an accomplished technology entrepreneur, technical program manager, and organizational change consultant with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has delivered advanced enterprise applications and IT solutions for hundreds of clients, guiding Fortune 500s, SMBs, startups, and global nonprofits in Agile product development and transformation.
As an adjunct instructor and workshop leader at Northeastern University (and UCSC Silicon Valley Extension), David teaches graduate courses and immersive seminars on Project Management, Agile frameworks, and leadership excellence. His curriculum blends real-world case studies with hands-on coaching to inspire future-ready managers and teams.
David is the founder and principal of Bakhtnia Consulting, eSolutionLab, and co-founder of Agile and Scaled-Value Project Management, delivering strategic growth, technical architecture, and organizational change across diverse technology domains.
