Increasing, employers are looking for individuals who are a good communicator, team player, critical thinker, social, adaptive, etc. These skills, often called soft skills, are personal attributes that help you work even better with other people. These are also called “people skills” or EQ, emotional intelligence quotient. Soft skills are an essential for being a leader and persuading others to pay attention to you.
